No. This program is organized as a membership club for the explicit purpose of being able to participate in the exciting sport of West Coast Horseracing.

Will I own or have a percentagbe of ownership rights in the horse(s)? |

No. This is simply a membership club formed tot share in the expenses and potential profits from the package of horses that race. Once the horse(s) ability to compete for potential profit is diminished, the registered owner will retain ownership and retire the horse from racing competition.

Can I purchase more than one membership unit? |

Yes. Perspective members may purchase any number of units.

Are there any hidden membership costs other than the initial membership registration fee and monthly dues? |

None. All expences for breaking, training, shipping, farrier, vet and management costs are included in the price of membership.

How are decisions affecting the membership horses to be made? |
 |
All decisions concerning the well being of each membership horse will be made by the management team which consists of the farm manager, trainer, vet, farrier and rider.

How many membership units are available? |
 |
There are forty units in a membership which consists of four racing prospects. These units are available to the public, first come, first serve.

Do I need any special licensing? |

No. The four racing prospects will be authorized to run under the Award Thoroughbred license.

Will I have any special race track accommodations or privileges? |
 |
to the extent possible, the management agent will endeavor to provide race day seating, and backside admittance when requested.

As a full member, when can I expect to receive a cash distribution from profits? |
 |
Each member will receive, on a quarterly basis, his/her share per membership unit based on the prorated time of membership initiation.
