At the ripe age of two years old these young horses are put into service under the watchful eye of Charlene Keys and Mike Ward, who have a combined total of 46 years in the business of breeding and racing thoroughbreds. For the past many years, we have taken our yearlings to auctions and have been disappointed when the buyers have taken them to far away places like Florida, Canada, and Mexico. For this reason, we have devised a plan to remain involved, keep the horses local, and introduce others to the thrill of horse racing.
